Description:
Perennial herb growing from a depressed globose tuber. Leaf appearing after flowering, solitary, erect, narrowly lanceolate, up to 14 cm long, blue-green, hairless, leathery with prominent parallel veins. Inflorescence very lax with peduncle up to 18 cm long; pedicels of lower flowers up to 18 cm long bending upwards. Flowers bell-shaped with spreading tepals, bright yellow with a green mid vein and red streaking. Capsule 8-9 mm long.
